Description

Ilario Bandini is considered one of the most important Italian automakers in the sports-car category, and visitors can see 10 " BANDINI " cars on display, as well as books, magazines, and other memorabilia.
Bandini cars ran in numerous competitions, including the mythical Mille Miglia, but the name met with great success in the United States were the racing-cars are still famous today and sought-after collectors' items.
In America, Mr Bandini was awarded the keys of the Town in Daytona, and an Honorary Degree in engineering from New York University.
He died on 12th April 1992 and is buried in the Forlì Cementery.
